Prior to his career in real estate, Scott broadcast Long Beach State & Cal State Northridge basketball games on the radio. Closing Coordinator/Assistant
As the Closing Coordinator Dominique is responsible for managing all 144 steps involved in the contract to close process. This amount of coordination involves strong communication skills, organization, and follow through. The Closing Coordinator has daily communication with clients, title companies, mortgage companies, appraisers, and other real estate agents involved in the transaction. The main role of the closing coordinator involves monitoring the contract to close process to ensure a smooth transaction and closing for our clients.
Dominique is a very positive person and truly enjoys working with other people.
Dominique lives in Van Nuys with her husband and their son Noah.

Pebble has assisted in negotiating over 70 closed short sales since 2006. He has become one of the top short sale agents in the country. His knowledge on how to negotiate with the banks is unrivaled and is the reason why he has received APPROVAL on every short sale.
Pebble has travelled and lived all over the world, from London to Seattle. His favorite destination is Perth, Australia. Pebble is a die-hard Lakers fan and an avid soccer junkie who enjoys a good debate on which European club is the best.

Having a father in the military allowed Jocelyn the unique opportunity to sample life in many states and in many different countries. When her father retired from the military her family chose to settle in Ventura County where Jocelyn enrolled herself at the Santa Barbara City College and subsequently earned an AA degree in Business.
Jocelyn put her outgoing army brat skills to good use when she entered the escrow industry meeting the day to day challenges of escrow with a positive, can-do attitude. After 25 years in the industry, Jocelyn still thrives on the deadline driven fast paced world of escrow all the while balancing her life as a mom to two children and finding time to indulge in snow skiing, tennis, hiking and reading the occasional novel.

Deanna knew early on that she had a head for the business world and began freelancing as a bookkeeper while still in high school. When she was just seventeen Deanna entered the many faceted world of escrow while attending S.D.S.U where she majored in business.
Deanna has seen the escrow industry go through many changes and all the while she has honed her skills, expanded her knowledge and became a top professional in her field. Today she continues to enjoy the challenges of escrow and being able to learn something new everyday.
Deanna is a lifelong California girl who has always called the City of Angels her home. She is an avid sports fan and can frequently be found attending her son’s sporting events and cheering for her favorite team.
