As a first time home buyer, I wanted to be sure I had an experienced agent on my side. It was important to me that my realtor not only understand the market, the law and the piles of paperwork, but understand me and my needs. Scott was referred to me by a friend that used his services when she moved. I could not have been happier.
When I was ready to make an offer on the perfect home, Scott and I thoroughly discussed what the offer should be and options of how we would proceed based on the sellers response. Scott provided me with detailed information about the entire process and walked me through all the paperwork step by step. I’ve finally found enough time to reflect on the home you recently sold for me in Northridge. As you know, I moved the family to Phoenix, Arizona. This was a huge change, having to sell a house, buy a house, start a new job, and have a baby. I can say that selling our home in Northridge was probably the least worrisome of all those changes.
